🌍 Gift of Apostleship (Missionary): The Kingdom Pioneer

Definition:
This gift equips believers to start new works, go to new places, and bring the gospel to unreached people. Often called "missionary gifting" today, this gift thrives on boldness, innovation, and deep trust in God’s calling.

Key Scripture:

“So Christ himself gave the apostles... to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up…”
Ephesians 4:11–12

Biblical Examples:

  • Paul: Traveled extensively, planting churches and preaching where Christ was not yet known.

  • Priscilla & Aquila: Hosted a house church and partnered in gospel expansion (Acts 18).

Modern Applications:

  • Serve as a church planter or join a startup ministry.

  • Lead a mission trip or launch a ministry to an unreached group.

  • Start a Bible study in a place where faith is scarce.

  • Serve as a cultural bridge between your church and the community.

📣 Gift of Evangelism: The Gospel Messenger

Definition:
The spiritual gift of evangelism empowers believers to share the gospel with clarity, compassion, and boldness—often with a heart that burns for the lost.

Key Scripture:

“Do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.”
2 Timothy 4:5

Biblical Examples:

  • Philip the Evangelist: Preached in Samaria and shared Christ with the Ethiopian eunuch (Acts 8).

  • Andrew: Immediately told others about Jesus (John 1:40–42).

Modern Applications:

  • Lead a visitor follow-up or street outreach team.

  • Organize community events with a gospel message.

  • Share your testimony online or in conversations.

  • Train others to confidently share their faith.
